Returns Policy

Customers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item, without giving any reason. To do this you must let us know in writing by email, optionally using our cancellation form as a template. There are circumstances where we as the company or you as the consumer would be responsible for covering the return costs, which are outlined below.

You are responsible for covering postage fees when returning or exchanging an item, and it must be returned within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision to cancel when (returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition):

  • You purchased the wrong item in error.
  • You decided you no longer want the item.
  • You want to exchange the item for another.

We are responsible for covering postage fees and will provide a pre-paid returns label for you to return or exchange an item when:

  • We sent the wrong item to you in error.
  • The item arrived damaged (photos will be required).
  • The item is otherwise not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.

We are unable to offer a return or exchange:

  • When the grocery item has a use-by date as these are highly perishable and are therefore liable to deteriorate throughout the returns process, and is therefore unsuitable for resale.
  • When the grocery item is a chilled item and is therefore highly likely to deteriorate throughout the returns process and is therefore unsuitable for resale.

We are unable to issue a refund, providing that the goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality:

  • When an error has been made on the customer's part and they refuse to return the item.
